Help Us Build
Infinite Worlds.

We're a small, fully remote studio with a big vision. If you believe games can be more than products — that they can be worlds — we want to hear from you.

Our Culture

Small team. Serious craft. Real ownership.

West Coast Games is built on the belief that the best work comes from people who care deeply about what they're making. We don't hire for headcount — we hire for passion, craft, and the kind of curiosity that makes you stay up too late thinking about a problem.

We're async-first, fully remote, and deliberately small. Every person on the team has direct impact on the games we ship. There's no layer of management between your idea and the player experiencing it.

We're not a crunch culture. We believe sustainable, focused work produces better games than burnout. We're building something we want to be proud of for years — and that requires taking care of the people building it.

"We hire people we trust, then get out of their way. The best ideas come from people who feel safe to have them."

— Founder, West Coast Games

Why Work Here

What We Offer

Fully Remote

Work from anywhere in the world. We care about what you build, not where you build it.

Flexible Hours

Async-first culture. Set your own schedule and work when you do your best thinking.

Mission-Driven

Every person on the team genuinely believes in what we're building. No filler work.

Direct Impact

Small team means your work ships. No bureaucracy, no committees — just building.

Creative Freedom

We hire people we trust, then trust them. Bring your ideas — we want to hear them.

Profit Sharing

When the games succeed, the team succeeds. We believe in sharing what we build together.
